Refund Policy
RETURNS POLICY
We understand that sometimes purchases may not be the right fit. If you are eligible for a return, we will provide a store credit valid for 3 years upon receiving your returned item. Returns must be requested within 72 hours of receiving your order and returned to us within 14 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
NO REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for customers who refuse to pay import duties and taxes.
EXCHANGES & SIZE REPLACEMENTS (FOR APPAREL)
If you need a different size, you will need to place a new order using your store credit. Due to stock turnover, we cannot guarantee availability of your preferred size or style.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and details. If deemed faulty upon review, we will provide a refund, replacement, or store credit.
SALE/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned.
COST OF RETURNS
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and are non-refundable.
ORGANISING A RETURN
If you meet the return criteria, please send your item(s) with the completed returns form to the address provided. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.We are not responsible for returns sent to any location other than the one we provide.

We work to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days from when we receive your return for processing. Store credits will be sent via email—please double-check your email address to ensure you receive it.
